By submitting your booking to Maid in Toronto, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:



We know you will love your cleaning. If you don’t feel the cleaning was done to satisfaction, please send us pictures of whatever you feel was not completed properly and it will be reviewed to consider a refund as part of our money-back guarantee. Please allow up to two weeks for processing of refunds. Please fill in the details for your booking as thoroughly as possible. This will ensure that we find the suited cleaning tech for your project based on your location and specifications. We hope that you will be satisfied with Maid in Your Hometown. We believe that customer service is of the utmost importance. Please note our cancellation policy charges the equivalent of a one-hour fee for any booking cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. This is meant to partially compensate our cleaning tech for lost time.  For any cleaning cancelled fewer than 3 hours prior to the booking, there is a 2-hour cancellation fee to compensate our cleaning tech. Please also note we offer makeup cleanings, but not refunds.

Liability – Please note that our cleaning technicians are carefully selected, trained, and undergo a criminal background check. They are contractors and are responsible for any broken/stolen items. Any disputes between a cleaning technician and client is facilitated by Maid in Your Hometown, but Maid in Your Hometown is not liable for damaged/stolen items. Maid in Your Hometown will cooperate with clients and law enforcement in the effort to recover from a cleaning technician any potential damages incurred during a cleaning. Charges are also applied for cleaning technicians’ waiting times if a client is not readily available for the cleaning, or if the cleaning technician is waiting for the client to make payment. Parking fees may also apply.

Privacy Statement – What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app? When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience. When do we collect information? We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, fill out a form, Use Live Chat or enter information on our site. How do we use your information? We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
